Shipping Policy
Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order to receive a shipment notification or an update on your tracking info. I print labels on the weekend for weekend orders but do not ship out until Monday.

Remember holidays and weekends when calculating when your packages will arrive as they do not count in the 24-48 hours to ship.
For example: If you order the day before Thanksgiving (a Wednesday), your items will not ship until Monday. If you place an order on a Friday before a Monday Holiday like Labor Day, your items will ship on Tuesday or Wednesday.

****Remember that during the holidays and surrounding weeks, tracking can be delayed even if it says it will be delivered by a certain date! Please plan your orders accordingly.
Return Policy
We DO allow returns for unopened and unused hair within 7 days of delivery date showing on tracking info.
We DO NOT accept returns for premade braid in sets, tie-in sets, or custom made sets.
We DO NOT accept returns for custom blended hair whether it was requested or listed from a posted blending video.
Customer is responsible for return label and costs. Refund will be issued when return is received and inspected. No products will be returned to customer if refund is not valid. Items will be discarded.
Lost/Stolen Shipments
It doesn't happen often but, tragically, it does happen sometimes..... Carriers lose shipments or the package is stolen during transit or from a porch or mailbox. Four Daughters Hair (FDH) is still considered a small business so, unfortunately, we are NOT responsible for situations like lost or stolen packages and the items will NOT be replaced by FDH. It is the customer's responsibility to pay attention to tracking and if necessary, file a claim with the carrier using the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email from FDH.
