Thank you for your order! Please note we only ship on Mondays and Thursdays, regardless of the shipping speed you select. Additionally, there will be no shipping during the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. We appreciate your understanding!

****Remember that during the holidays and surrounding weeks, tracking can be delayed even if it says it will be delivered by a certain date! Please plan your orders accordingly.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! Because our products are personal-use items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. Once an order has been placed, it can’t be canceled or refunded.

Lost/Stolen Shipments
It doesn't happen often but, tragically, it does happen sometimes..... Carriers lose shipments or the package is stolen during transit or from a porch or mailbox. Four Daughters Hair (FDH) is still considered a small business so, unfortunately, we are NOT responsible for situations like lost or stolen packages and the items will NOT be replaced by FDH. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct shipping details are entered, to pay attention to tracking, and if necessary, file a claim with the carrier using the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email from FDH.
