-THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS -Blending is not an exact science so finished product may not be what was hoped for, although we will try our best! Photos will be sent before shipment to ensure satisfaction. In case of dissatisfaction, there will be ONE attempt to recreate and customer will need to choose which they like better.
-Roots will be no shorter than 1/2 the length of the hair for Ombre
-Keep in mind, lighter colors as a root tend to disappear or cause some lightening of the original color during blending. It is advised to choose darker color if you want it to be a noticable effect.
-Final product will be no larger than 80 grams 
-Tri color ombre can be attempted but usually the middle color blends into the root color
-During the blending process, the length of the hair can extend 1-2 inches
